Important information and tasks
In the new section “This needs your attention”, we gather information about new installations and assigned leads. For example, alerts are shown for installations completed within the last three months. You will also receive information about warrany registrations that have not yet been submitted for installed heat pumps.
If you want to follow up on older installations, you can find them on the “Heat Pumps” page.
Manage your installations efficiently
The “Ongoing Installations” section provides a clear overview of won leads awaiting installation, as well as recently completed installations. Here, you can also see what remains to be done to complete the installation and remaining remote access time.
End verification
Once the installation is completed and the safety insurance registration has been submitted, a “Verify” button will appear. This is the final step, where you can review the installation and confirm that everything is working as expected. The system will also help identify any obvious errors or irregularities in the installation.
