Getting started with the Qvantum app

The Qvantum app is your main interface for monitoring and controlling your heat pump. Here's how to set it up.

Step 1: Download the app

  • iOS: Search for "Qvantum" in the App Store
  • Android: Search for "Qvantum" in the Google Play Store

Step 2: Create an account

  1. Open the app and tap Create account.
  2. Enter your email address and choose a password.
  3. Verify your email address via the confirmation email.

Step 3: Connect your heat pump

  1. Tap Add unit or the + button.
  2. Enter your heat pump's serial number. This is found on the label on the unit (typically on the indoor module or outdoor unit).
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.

Step 4: Explore the app

Once connected, you'll see your home screen showing current temperature, mode, and status. Key sections:

  • Home — Current status and quick controls
  • Statistics — Energy graphs and performance data
  • Settings — Hot water schedules, SmartControl, heating curve
  • Alarms — Active and historical faults

Unit not found when entering serial number?

The unit must have been commissioned before it can be registered in the app. If you're a new homeowner, the previous owner's account may still be linked. Contact support to transfer ownership.
