Qvantum offers several levels of technical support to certified installers and service organisations managing Qvantum heat pump installations.
Remote support
Qvantum's technical team can access live data from connected heat pumps remotely, including:
- Alarm history and active fault codes
- Operating parameters and sensor readings
- Performance graphs and energy data
To request remote diagnostics, contact the relevant support desk with the unit's serial number.
On-site support
On-site service visits can be arranged for complex faults or commissioning support. Response times depend on location and urgency.
Installer alarm notifications
Installers can request to receive alarm notifications for units they manage. Contact Qvantum support to configure alarm forwarding to your account in Q-Service.
Training
Qvantum offers product-specific training for the Q-series and other product lines. Training covers installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and service procedures.
