How to order spare parts for your Qvantum heat pump

Qvantum offers a range of spare parts including filters, replacement modules, and casing components for the QE, QS, QH, and QA product lines.

Common spare parts

• Filters — Available for QE and QS models. Annual replacement is recommended.
• Fan control module — For units with fan control faults.
• Front panel / casing — Available for QH indoor modules.
• SIM cards — For units that have lost connectivity due to an expired SIM.
