How to Submit a Warranty Defect Report

Step-by-step guide to reporting a fault during your warranty period

Reporting a defect during the warranty period

If your Qvantum heat pump develops a fault while under warranty, follow these steps to submit a claim.

Before submitting

  • Check the relevant error code article in this knowledge base — many issues can be resolved without a service visit.
  • Confirm your unit is within the warranty period (3 years from commissioning date).

How to submit a defect report

  1. Go to qvantum.com/support or email support@qvantum.com.
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your name and address
    • The unit's serial number
    • A clear description of the fault or symptoms
    • Any error codes displayed on the unit or in the app
    • When the problem started and how frequently it occurs

What happens next

  1. Qvantum support reviews the report and may request additional information or remote diagnostics.
  2. If a service visit is needed, a qualified technician or authorised installer will be dispatched.
  3. Parts and labour are covered under the warranty.
