How to Request a Commissioning (Inbedrijfstelling / Inbetriebnahme)
Everything you need to know about submitting a commissioning request to Qvantum
Requesting a commissioning for your Qvantum heat pump
A commissioning request (inbedrijfstelling / Inbetriebnahmeauftrag) is required before your heat pump can be officially started up and registered. This is typically handled by the installer, but homeowners can also initiate it.
What you'll need
- The serial number of the installed unit
- The installation address
- Contact details of the installer
- Confirmation that the hydraulic and electrical connections are complete
How to submit
Send a commissioning request by email to:
- Sweden: support.se@qvantum.com
- Netherlands: support.nl@qvantum.com
- Germany: support.de@qvantum.com
- UK: support.uk@qvantum.com
Include the serial number and installation address in the subject line.
What happens next
- Qvantum confirms receipt and assigns a commissioning date.
- A technician or remote support session is arranged to verify the installation and start the unit.
- After successful commissioning, the warranty period begins.
