How to order a replacement front panel or casing component for your indoor unit

Replacing a damaged casing or front panel

If your Qvantum indoor unit has suffered physical damage to the casing or front panel — for example from an accidental impact — replacement parts are available to order.

What can be replaced

  • Front panel / fascia — The decorative cover on the QH indoor module
  • Side panels and casing sections — Available for most models

Note: cosmetic damage to casing panels is generally not covered under warranty unless caused by a manufacturing defect. If the damage was caused by a transport or installation incident, contact support to discuss your specific situation.

How to order

Email order@qvantum.com with:

  • Your unit model (e.g. QH175)
  • Your unit serial number
  • A description and if possible a photo of the damaged part
  • Your delivery address
